Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Supporting the well-being and success of every UAW–Stellantis employee and their families.
What is the Employee Assistance Program?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential, and voluntary benefit that helps employees and their families manage personal and work-related challenges impacting health, well-being, or job performance. Your local UAW–Stellantis EAP Representative partners with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) behavioral health services to connect employees to professional support and resources.
Employee Assistance Program Services
- Mental Health Counseling: Support for stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional health concerns.
- Substance Abuse Support: Referrals and resources for alcohol or drug addiction treatment.
- Work–Life Balance: Assistance with personal challenges such as childcare, eldercare, or relationships.
- Financial Counseling: Guidance for budgeting, debt, and credit management.
- Legal Assistance: Access to legal consultations and personal law resources.
How the EAP Process Works
- Contact your local UAW–Stellantis EAP Representative when assistance is needed.
- The representative will connect you to the right services via Blue Cross Blue Shield’s behavioral health network.
- The BCBS provider will assist you or eligible dependents covered under your health plan.
Tip: Confirm your provider or treatment center is in-network to avoid extra costs.
