Joint Team Leader Selection Committee (JTLSC)

The JTLSC promotes a team-based concept within the Stellantis production model. The UAW and the company created the Team Leader classification to support collaboration and growth.

The Team Leader Selection Process provides promotional opportunities for Team Members while fostering leadership potential and workforce productivity through a fair, objective, and transparent process.

  • Administered by each Local JTLSC
  • Includes a four-month evaluation and review process
  • Ensures leadership roles are filled by capable, knowledgeable individuals
  • Open to all eligible and active seniority employees

Participation in the Team Leader Selection Program is voluntary and based on clear qualification criteria to promote fairness and opportunity across all facilities.
